Our backdrop hire inclusions are designed to make your party process simple and easy. Our inclusions are typically charged as add-ons at most event hire companies, however we aim to make the process for you easy by doing all the hard and tricky work.
Florals included in Backdrop Hire
Our backdrop packages for hire include all florals seen in our gorgeously styled images. We are happy to customise our florals to better suit your theme or ideas and will even do so as part of our package if we have the floral colours at our warehouse. However if we need to purchase new florals for your desired floral aesthetic we are happy to do so at a small additional cost. Our backdrop hire inclusions include florals and custom arrangements for a small additional cost.
The image below was a custom colour palette to our floral arrangement, our client had a colour palette of blue, white and gold. We did have gold florals in our warehouse so we included this little custom change in our price and did not charge the client extra. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of these florals!
All Backdrops included in Hire
What you see is what you get, our backdrop hire includes all that our images boast! All backdrops shown in our gorgeous images are included in your package. We don’t fluff up our photos to trick you. All of the backdrops shown in our photos are included in your package!
Custom Signage as a Hire Inclusion
Our backdrop hire packages all include custom signage to appeal to your guests and your party person. We love to make our backdrops personal and get creative doing so. Therefore each hire package includes custom signage within our price. We don’t charge you extra to make it truly your own. Our custom signage inclusion refers to our standard vinyl signage. We offer premium signage options such as basswood and acrylic for an additional charge. However we absolutely love the look of the vinyl signage as it offers such a sleek and professional aesthetic. See image below of custom gold acrylic signage for Angelique’s Eighteenth. Angelique was after acrylic so that the signage would have a 3D effect rather than just gold vinyl on the backdrops. We think it turned out amazing!
Plinths & Cake Stands Included
All of our backdrop packages include our plinths and/or cake stands in our pricing. We understand the purpose of our backdrops and know most of our customers use our backdrops as a stage for speeches and cake cutting. So of course our plinths are part of our hire inclusions. We have a great selection of plinth styles and colours from white cylinders, clear acrylic rectangles, black acrylic cylinders, beige acrylic rectangles and we even build our own custom plinths to fit your specific aesthetic.
Standard Delivery Included in Backdrop Hire
As a little extra thank you to our beautiful clients we offer standard delivery in our pricing as part of our backdrop hire inclusions. Standard delivery is within all metro Melbourne areas under 30km from our warehouse. We don’t like hidden costs thats why we have so many inclusions in our backdrop hire packages. We like to be transparent with our pricing and although most companies charge for delivery we believe thats all part of the hire process.
