Where are you Located?
Ethos Events is located in Melbourne with their warehouse in the northern suburbs. Unfortunately we don’t currently have a showroom for our clients, however we are planning on expanding and having one in the near future. This way our clients will be able to see our stunning backdrops in person and experience their grandeur and size. We currently service most of Victoria, so our physical location isn’t much of an issue when it comes to renting your backdrop.
Do you Travel?
We sure do and we are happy to travel all around our beautiful state of Victoria. We currently offer delivery inclusive of our prices for all locations less than 30kms from our warehouse. We still travel beyond our 30km radius, however it may incur a small additional cost. We believe we are currently the only business that includes their delivery cost within their hire price. We do this so our prices are most transparent and their are little to no hidden costs (because who doesn’t hate that!?) So when thinking of where to rent your backdrop, keep in mind that our delivery prices are non existent to super low!
What can I Hire/Rent?
We currently have a curated selection of available backdrops for hire/rent that you can see HERE or on our SOCIALS! Everything within our styled images are part of our package. Our floral arrangements, plinths, backdrops, signage and delivery is all included in our price. Whereas most companies will charge for extra add ons we like to keep our packages full of awesome stuff and free of hidden costs. We customise our signage on your chosen backdrop package to suit your event and even customise our floral arrangements to suit your colour theme!
How Long is the Hire Period?
We don’t have a specific time for our hire period, however we will outline during the booking process the time of delivery and pick-up. We don’t want to break up the party by removing our awesome backdrops so we have different pick-up times depending on our clients and their needs.
Can I Pick Up the Backdrops?
Due to our complex and unique backdrop set-ups we don’t allow clients to pick them up. We need our stylists and artists to put them all together, attach the floral arrangements properly and in the correct positions. Attach signage if needed and structural secure the backdrops so there are no mishaps with falling decor.
